Inclusive lived experience support and resources to help neurodivergent adults live authentically.

About me

Hi there!

My name is Milly. I’m a neurodivergent writer and creative who wants to support other neurodivergents to live authentically.

Too often we are made to hide ourselves away for the convenience of the neurotypical world. When we do show ourselves, we are often shunned. We are labelled as “lazy”, “rude” and “weird”. We’re often told we’re “faking it”. It saddens me deeply that autistic and ADHD joy and self-affirmation is often interpreted as “selfish” or a “trend”.

It’s easy for neurotypicals to interpret it that way when we’ve done the hard work of moulding ourselves to society’s requirements since we were children.

There’s a side of us that many don’t know. Very few people in my life actually know the real me. It’s something I’ve had to claw back for myself, and I’m still in the process now! I know what it feels like to be lost in other people’s interpretations of you. I want AuDHD people to feel like it’s okay to take up space. Ultimately, that means navigating a world that’s not built for us (and challenging it when we can).

My goal is to provide lived experience support and consultancy (which you can find out more about below). However, right now I’m just offering my free resources and blog.

Lived Experience Support (Coming Soon)

Finding meaningful, inclusive support for neurodivergent adults isn’t easy. Most autistic and ADHD resources are aimed at the parents of young children.

Balancing our individual struggles against systemic challenges can also be a hurdle. How can we function in an unequal, predominately neurotypical world? How can we challenge the status quo whilst also taking care of ourselves? How can we live authentically whilst also putting food on the table?

Lived experience support and resources for neurodivergent people can help you to feel validated, heard, and to move your life forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Neurodiversity Consultancy (Coming Soon)

Neurodiversity impacts every area of public life, from healthcare to the workplace. However, misconceptions are still rife.

Without a strong understanding of neurodiversity, employers lose out on great talent, researchers struggle to obtain neurodivergent participants or generate meaningful data, and clinicians find it difficult to provide neuro-affirming support.

Combining my lived experience and psychology training, I help companies, researchers, and clinicians to understand neurodiversity, develop inclusive practices, and transform outcomes.

Neurodiversity Writing

Writing shapes how neurodiversity is seen in media, culture, and wider society. It shapes opinion on autism and ADHD. And that’s why it’s so important to get it right. Whether you’re looking for a quote or insight, or a full article, I’m here to help.
